We deliver by Royal Mail – envelopes are letter box compatible. We do not track deliveries and in the rare event that orders are lost in the post, apologies but we are not liable for a replacement unless we made an error. Please allow 7 days for arrival, due to high demand. If you prefer a more rapid delivery please select the option of tracking option on checkout
If your item is faulty or damaged we will certainly replace it. However, as this is a food item, even though it is in supplement form, we cannot use it again as we cannot 100% guarantee its authenticity once it has left our control, so we cannot take it back if you change your mind.
Most people in the medical trial had a benefit – some did not – I am afraid we are unable to provide a refund if you feel you did not benefited.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery,
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
