Both my husband and I took these after having Covid a couple of years ago thanks to a friend suggesting it. When I looked it up, I found the NHS study on these and bought the particular brand that they used in the studies. My husband suffered from long Covid at the time which made his IBS worse, but these made his digestive system go back to his pre-Covid state. For me, the effects weren’t as dramatic, but I remember that they made my digestion feel better, more regulated.
